This also helps you determine what you need to hire and what profile you should be looking for. Go through meat inventory<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You notice that the clerk seems to have the longest list. He also has a redundant task (stock shelves is listed twice). This is simply because of the way we approached the list of things to do. It is normal to find things redundant at some point and question and skin this list at any time in the process. Remember: change is the only constant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, you can quickly identify basic tasks and activities and categorize them into a workload that makes sense. These categories are the identification of your workload.
