Bachelor in software engineering, André has worked in the scheduling arena for over 20 years. He developed, designed, and managed four different software products specialized in scheduling, all in the same company. This allowed him to work directly with customers and experts around the world in many different industries.

With experience in artificial intelligence and simulation, he can analyze in a practical manner an organization’s operations by following the workforce in their daily tasks. This allows him to understand all perspectives of the employees involved and correctly diagnose the potential operational problems.
